Marion and Acid-Base Balance
Acid-Base Balance
In our miniseries, we have discussed the reasons for the saturation of the organism with magnesium and sulfur. A deficiency of these minerals limits the ability of the tissues to get rid of toxins. I'm talking about both environmental toxins and microbial deposits. The device removes the toxins released. It is important to note that even Marion will not release firmly embedded toxins from the tissue. Even for the Marion instrument, we have to create the conditions for it to work.
If we carefully observe the sensations from our organism, we will find out that toxins are being released in waves, not continuously. The release of toxins occurs both during the day and at night. Therefore, if you start your detoxification with baths, try to use the Marion machine as often as possible.
A prerequisite for proper incorporation of minerals into tissues is an optimal acid-base environment. In general, the organism has a tendency to acidity, but this is a so-called hidden acidosis, which is not apparent in a normal blood pH test.
It is a well-known fact that an acidic environment impairs the absorption of magnesium, calcium, and other minerals, so we try to alkalize the tissues in various ways. However..., we basically only achieve a slightly acidic environment. The organism produces many acids that drive the pH towards acidity. This causes reactions between acidic ions and basic ions with biogenic salts. If the body is not able to excrete them fast enough, they accumulate in the tissues and become an ideal environment for microbial foci.
The reasons for hyperacidity of the organism are stress, diet, environment and physical exertion. Everyone can figure out for themselves where their problem lies. However, it should be noted that not all people living in the civilized world are hyperacidic. We can check our condition by measuring our morning urine with litmus papers. Or with an EAV device and a "hidden acidosis" test vial or a Marion Acid vial.
If we verify that we are suffering from hidden acidosis, our actions should be more intense. When the situation normalizes, let's make bathing a ritual "according to the physical and psychological stress". I recommend a de-acidifying bath about once a week. Baths are also suitable for school children and young athletes. The principle of the bath is simple. A teacup of baking soda in the bath. We stay in the water for about 1 hour, but we can stay longer. The pH of the bath water must be alkaline, approximately around 8.
Baths in baking soda can be combined very well with magnesium baths. A cup of baking soda and a cup of magnesium flakes will do both tasks. However, our possibilities do not end there. If we add a cup of Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) to a cup of baking soda, we get a three-component bath - deacidifying, magnesium, and sulfur.
However, if we want to saturate the body with a specific element, we choose a specialized bath. We will achieve the result faster.
Deacidification, especially at the beginning of our journey to health, should not be omitted!
Use the Marion instrument intensively for the first three days after any bath!
